Burrata, Tomatoes, and the Ten-Second Rule
·
4 min read

Some plates are cooking. This one is arranging. Tear the burrata, scatter the tomatoes, and then — this is the whole recipe — pour Drizzle over everything for a slow count of ten.
Why the count matters
A quick splash sits on top. A slow pour finds every crevice, mixes with the cream of the cheese and the juice of the tomatoes, and becomes a sauce you did not technically make.
Salt at the end, never the start. Bread on the side is not optional.
